Sudsy Dough Moldable Bath Soap Review

If you have kids, you know it can sometimes be tough to get them to take a bath. To make bathtime more enticing, it helps to have toys that they like to play with and soaps that smell great. Sudsy Dough manages to be both a soap and a toy! We recently had the chance to try it for ourselves in the hopes that we would share our experiences with you. Sudsy Dough comes in four fun colors/ scents. We received the Bubbly Blueberry, Sassy Strawberry, and Awesome Apple. They also have orange-colored Merry Mango. The scents are quite...

Our Karate Kid

This is just a quick update, but I wanted to share that Xander is now taking karate. I’m really excited about it because he is really excited about it. We have not seen him take to an activity so quickly. He has been talking about it non-stop and is practicing some of the moves he learned yesterday. I hope to share his progress with you as he continues. For now, just a picture of him in his gi....

Simply Earth Essential Oils Review

I was recently contacted by a company called Simply Earth with the opportunity to review some of their essential oils. If you’ve been following me, you know that I have begun to delve more deeply into the benefits of essential oils, so I was happy to be indulged with a selection of oils. The following are my own experiences and should not be taken as medical advice. They wrapped the individual essential oils very well in layers of bubble wrap and sealed them with a logo sticker, so there was no breakage. I did have one bottle where the...

Libre Life Collection Garden Pink Tea Glass Review

It took me until well into my twenties before I first had the courage to try tea. I didn’t like coffee, so I assumed that I wouldn’t like tea. The health benefits drew me in, though, and I took the plunge. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I enjoyed it! It was over ten years later that I ventured into the realm of loose leaf teas. Oh how I wish I had discovered them earlier! The flavor (and benefits) just can’t compare to your run-of-the-mill packaged tea. There was only one problem… loose leaf tea just doesn’t travel...

Aurorae Synergy Yoga Mat Towel Review

I love to do yoga. The practice of yoga can be relaxing, centering, and athletic all at once. With this year’s goal to lose weight and get healthy being bigger than ever, yoga is a big part of that. I can always count on it as a good way to begin or end my day and give me needed time to focus on myself. Frankly, though, I’ve had a tough time finding the right mat. My experiences thus far have involved strong plastic odors, rough textures, and constant rolling up. It was time to up my yoga mat game…...

MIU COLOR Aromatherapy Essential Oils Diffuser Review

I am filling my home with beneficial aromatherapy fragrances and the MIU COLOR Aromatherapy Essential Oils Diffuser is helping to make it happen. This diffuser has a simple cylindrical design in white material that would suit any decor. The 300mL size that I received has a very generous capacity, but doesn’t take up a ton of tabletop space. This means I can tuck it away easily when I don’t want it on blatantly display, or I can bring it forward and let its fun color-changing lamp become part of the decor. The diffuser is very simple to use. You just...

Norcho Soft Microfiber Non-slip Rubber Luxury Area Rug Review

This bath mat from Norcho is just amazing! The smell is quite intense when you first receive it… a pretty typical “new rubber” type fragrance… but it went away with a washing. The mat was very easy to wash. I did a delicate cycle on cold and then used a pants hanger and hung it to dry in the tub. It went from completely wet to dry in under 12 hours. There was no obvious changes in the appearance of the fibers or the non-slip mat underneath, so it holds up well to washing. The Norcho bath mat is...

E-Luxury Supply 300 TC Egyptian Cotton Sheets Review

I have reviewed many linen products from E-Luxury Supply in the past and I continue to be impressed. Their products always exceed my expectations. We received the twin-size white set. The sheets were smooth and soft right from the start. For a 300 thread-count sheet set, I didn’t expect them to be so nice! The stitching was the same careful quality I have grown to expect from their products. We wash sheets very frequently because of my son’s eczema and these have held up beautifully to many, many washes. They have gotten softer with washing, but still give a crisp look...
